JAPAN HAS CALLED!
Biloxi recently signed an import record deal with the Japanese label
AVEX. Steve Harrell, AVEX's import manager, signed the band back
in July with a September release date for Japan. The CD contains
a bonus track of the Police song "Synchronicity II" for
the Japanese pressing only. However, this will also appear on "Biloxi
III" scheduled for a summer 2004 release. (We're keeping our
fingers crossed!)
New Guitar Player!
What can we say about Mark Lanoue? Not only can the man shred a
mean guitar, but he also is an accomplished songwriter and excellent
vocalist, and a very welcome addition to the band. His voice compliments
Clyde's so very well, and allows for some incredible live harmonies!
His guitar style is second to none and he will be writing and playing
lots of tasty guitar parts on Biloxi III. Welcome to the band Mark!

Guitar Give Away
Deadline for the guitar giveaway is November 30th, 2003 and the
drawing will be held December 6th, 2003. Be sure to sign up if you
haven't already!
Biloxi in Concert in Biloxi
We have decided to do a FREE show in Biloxi, Ms on November 29th,
2003 at the Biloxi Civic Center. This show will be the first that
the band has played in it's hometown in almost 3 years, so plan
to attend if you're in the area.
Biloxi III
We have decided to call the our third effort simply "BILOXI
III" following the tradition of many bands in the past. We're
currently in the studio writing and recording new material and revamping
"some older songs". We're looking for a spring release
date.
The Bootleg!
Clyde finally got a copy of the infamous bootleg "Checkmate...
The Game's Over..." and would like to clarify a few things
about this CD. First of all... It was recorded in 1989 and was sent
around the world in cassette form for review by labels and magazines.
None of the members who played on the Let The Games Begin or Right
The Music were on this recording, except for Clyde. This was never
intended to be released, it was only a demo and of inferior quality
at that. Also, it was never released by Zero Corporation who originally
signed Biloxi in Japan. Thanks to Donald in Memphis for the hookup!
Busy In The Studio
Clyde has been producing many bands lately in his Hollyhouse Recording
Studio, including his big sister's latest CD. Denise still lives
in Los Angeles and considers it a much better deal to fly round
trip across the US to record with her little brother (for free!),
than to pay the high prices of the California based studios! Also,
the studio has just been upgraded to a more modern format.
